SACP in Mpumalanga is proud to call their second secretary the new mayor of Govan Mbeki Municipality

Mr Buthelezi said this at their Red October closing rally at the Ext 18 hall in eMbalenhle on Sunday, 13 December.

eMBALENHLE – South African Communist Party in Mpumalanga applauded Mr Nhlakanipho Zuma, the new executive mayor of Govan Mbeki Municipality, for his new position.

When he was addressing members of the party, Mr Bheki Buthelezi, Gert Sibande District chairman, said the SACP believes and trusts that Mr Zuma will fight corruption in the municipality all the way.

Mr Buthelezi said this at their Red October closing rally at the Ext 18 hall in eMbalenhle on Sunday, 13 December.

He said the time is over for those who are found to be perpetuating corruption at Govan Mbeki Municipality.

“Mr Zuma must put them in jail.

The SACP will fight tooth an nail to stop corruption.”

Members of SACP were encouraged to adhere to Covid-19 regulations by wearing masks, sanitising and keeping a social distance when going on holiday or visiting any place where there are many people.

Mr Zuma holds the position of the second secretary of the SACP in Mpumalanga.
