SECUNDA – A man who was arrested in Charl Cilliers for theft, managed to escape from a police cell in Secunda this morning.
According to Col Maggie Mbokane, the suspect escaped at about 11.45am by breaking through the cell wall.
He was wearing a sky blue tracksuit at the time.
A case of escape from lawful custody was opened.
