Five new Covid-19 cases in Standerton confirmed

The department urged the community not to panic.

The Department of Health confirmed a few minutes ago that five people in town have the coronavirus.

The department urged the community not to panic, but adhere to the following cautionary measures: social distancing, wearing of face masks and sanitising.

They also reiterated the call not to leave the house without good reason.
