New premises for KSB Pumps and Valves

[Advertorial] The Secunda branch, which has been trading for 14 years, has seen the need to expand the facility due to the increasing demand for pumps, valves, spare parts and repairs in the area.

SECUNDA – For 60 years KSB Pumps and Valves has built a reputation of bringing the best quality and services to their clients throughout the country.

So much so, that the Secunda branch, which has been trading for 14 years, has seen the need to expand the facility due to the increasing demand for pumps, valves, spare parts and repairs in the area.

KSB Pumps and Valves, which is situated in 19 Albatros Street, invested in a fully equipped and modern workshop facility as they have outgrown their previous establishment.

The new facility hosts additional space in order to continue bringing quality service to valued customers. KSB are suppliers of pumps and valves, spare parts and related equipment.

The overall offering includes quality repairs and servicing on site as well as from the new facility. In addition, the offering includes professional system analysis, technical support and training.

Previously, repairs would be done in Johannesburg or Vanderbijlpark KSB service workshops.

The new premises will now allow repairs on pumps to be done locally, which mean this will save time and costs.

“This is more convenient for the end user and it will ensure closer relationships between KSB and its customers,” said Mr Casper Steenkamp, branch manager.

KSB Secunda has a dynamic sales team that has been maintaining good customer relationships throughout the years while always striving to provide excellent service of the highest quality standards.

The sales team consist of Mr Casper Steenkamp, branch manager, Ms Laura du Preez, sales administrator and Sales Engineers Mr Nation Mathoho and Mr Quinton Goddard.
