K9-units and KSS arrest suspects in connection with tyre theft

The goods were found in a white Nissan NP200 panel van with registration number JNT 983 MP.

Standerton’s K9-unit and Kasselman Security Security Services (KSS), supported by Secunda’s K9-unit, recovered tyres valued at R12 000, on 9 October and arrested two suspects in connection with the incident as well.

According to information, a complaint of theft of tyres in Princess Street was received at 12.45pm.

The goods were found in a white Nissan NP200 panel van with registration number JNT 983 MP.

The accused were set to appear in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, 10 October.

The charges are theft out of a motor vehicle and possession of stolen property.
