BETHAL/eMZINONI – Apparently all schools in eMzinoni will be closed today due to violence in the township.
High schools and most primary schools are closed for today.
Many people are unable to leave their homes, never mind going to work.
The Bethal/Morgenzon road is closed, N17 from Bethal to Trichardt and Secunda is open, but eMzinoni is a no go area.
The Standerton road is also blocked, as well as the road to Milan Park.
The Baanbreker Road is also obstructed.
Hoogenhout, HM Swart and Marietjie van Niekerk are also closed.
Parents who already dropped their children off at Marietjie, can go and fetch them, otherwise teachers will look after them.
