A driver of a truck transporting a tractor-loader-backhoe (TLB) overturned near Ermelo on the N2 on 3 July.
The driver tried to give way to two trucks that were overtaking him.
Four occupants in the truck sustained minor injuries when it overturned.
The Provincial Ambulance Services transported the patients to Ermelo Provincial Hospital.
Van Wettens Breakdown Services recovered the truck on 4 July.
