Secunda’s Round Table knights make the winter more bearable

TRICHARDT – Martin Bester and his band recently performed at Stoepstories in aid of the Round Table 231’s Winterknights project.

The Tablers annually collect blankets, warm clothes and non-perishable food to donate to the needy before the worst cold sets over the country.

Patrons attending the show were asked to also donate blankets and food as an entrance fee.

These blankets were donated to residents of the Davies Court flats for senior citizens.

The Winterknights drive is not yet finished and readers can still support this cause.
