According to the mother they ordered pizza and shortly after the delivery guy left, the four suspects gained entry to the premises.
One of the children saw the men and tried to lock the security gate, but failed to do so.
They were forced to lay down on the floor.
No one was injured during the robbery.
26 June – 1.48pm
Residents of Dan van Heerden Street were robbed at gunpoint this morning, at about 11.30am on 26 June.
According to the mother, who wants to remain anonymous, she called for help on the neighbourhood watch radio.
ER24, Ermelo Police, ACSU and members of the neighbourhood watch responded to the call.
The suspects threatened to kill the children and the housekeeper if they did not adhere to their instructions.
She added that the suspects fled with cell phones, laptops and other valuables.
