Mpumalanga Department of Education will host an awards ceremony for 2019 Matrics at Gert Sibande Municipality on 17 January.

The State of the District address was delivered at the Gert Sibande District Municipality (GSDM) on 30 May.

Political figures of all seven local municipalities walked the red carpet to the GSDM Building.

Mr Muzi Chirwa, Executive Mayor of Gert Sibande Municipality, began his speech by welcoming all the guests and expressed his gratitude for the platform to address the residents of GSDM.
