Truck driver smashes into house in Morgenzon

Mr James Mkhwanazi was woken this morning at about 4.30am when a truck smashed into his house.

A DA councillor, Mr Muso Kubheka, notified the Morgenzon Police and contacted the Standerton Advertiser.

“There is a lot of damage,” Mr Mkhwanazi said. The police are on the scene.

According to Mr Kubheka, it is not the first time an accident such as this happened.

The house is situated at a sharp curve on the R35 and a similar accident took place in 2017.
