Breyten Police warns resident to be vigilant against house burglaries

Breyten Police are concerned about the alarming cases of house burglaries at residential areas.

They urge community members to come forward with any information that can lead to the arrest of the suspects who are terrorising the Breyten community.

Sgt Thabo Mashegoane, spokesman for Breyten Police, encouraged residents not to buy any stolen goods from criminals, but to report these activities to the police.

“They should work hand-in-hand with community structures such as Community Police Forum (CPF) and Sector Crime Forums around Breyten,” Sgt Mashegoane said.

He added that the suspects are targeting home appliances such as plasma televisions.
