Marathon club hosts 2-in-1 race

BETHAL – Runners can compete in a 21.1km race, a 10km race or a 4.2km fun run at the Bethal 2-in-1 marathon on Saturday, 27 April.
Bethal Marathon Club will be hosting the event at Laerskool Marietjie van Niekerk and it will begin at 7am.
Entry fees are R30 for the fun run, R60 for the 10km run and R100 for the 21km run.
There are cash prizes up for grabs.
The overall winner of the 21km (first man and woman) will each receive R800, the second man and woman will each receive R300 and the third places R200.
In the 10km race the first man and woman will each receive R300, the second places R150 and the third places R100.
The winners of age categories of runners older than 40, 50, 60 and 70 will also receive cash prizes.
All finishers will receive medals.
