eMBALENHLE – A 14-year-old girl was raped by a neighbor at the weekend.
It is alleged that the suspect called the girl and said he wanted to send her to the shop.
Police said when the girl entered his house, the suspect called her to the room.
The suspect then allegedly grabbed the victim, tied her hands with shoe laces, covered her mouth with duct tape and rapped her.
The police said the suspect allegedly tried to bribe the family not to report him, but they turned down his bribe.
