KINROSS – A truck ferrying 33 tons of soya beans overturned near Matla power station last night, 27 November.
The accident happened at about 11pm on the R580 between the T-junction at Matla and the 50/50 intersection between Kinross and Kriel.
The road was closed off for several hours.
The driver of the truck sustained only slight injuries and did not go to hospital.
ER24, Jelani Security, the police and the Govan Mbeki municipal firefighters were on the scene.
