Guests armed with knowledge at Financial Wellness and Small Business Expo at Dienssentrum Hall

Guests converged at the hall to learn more about financial management and available funding for small businesses.

The Financial Wellness and Small Business Expo took place in the Dienssentrum Hall at the Oak Centre on Saturday, 3 November.

Guests converged at the hall to learn more about financial management and available funding for small businesses.

Local entrepreneurs also made presentations regarding their businesses and how they have made it work in tough economic times.

Old Mutual gave a talk on the five secrets of financial management and Ms Phindile Kunene from Excel Properties armed the guests with knowledge on all things property.

The event concluded with a fashion house, She-Styles and Khelina SA, giving an informative presentation on how one can dress for one’s body type.

Stalls were also in abundance, where business owners could showcase their wares.

The organisers of the event, Ms Makhosi Mbonambi and Ms Bongi Ka Dube, wish to thank their sponsors Mthuthi (Pty) Ltd, Collen’s Boot Camp, Eddizakhe Trading Project and Fresh Stop Ermelo.

The organisers hope to make the expo an annual event to help the people of Ermelo to achieve financial freedom.
