Two men died and three others sustained serious injuries when two cars collided head-on this morning, 16 June.
The accident happened at about 4am near the Ext 12 fourway stop street on the road towards Evander.
ER24 transported the three injured men to Evander Hospital.
The road was closed for several hours as emergency workers cleared the accident scene.
