ERMELO – Stage 1 of load shedding commenced due to the deadlock of talks between Eskom and its employees.
Msukaligwa Municipality spokesman, Mr Mandla Zwane, confirmed that outlying areas will be affected.
He did, however, say the power outage yesterday, 14 June was not load shedding but was due to cable fault and some parts of Ermelo are still without electricity.
They manage to allocate the cable fault at approximately 19h30 last night, 14 June. At this stage, Electricians are busy fixing the cable.
