Sakhile Police arrest man in connection with dagga possession

When the police caught up and searched him, dagga was found in his pockets.

Sakhile Police arrested a man in connection with the possession of dagga on 31 January.

According to Const Thabo Radebe, he noticed the suspect walking while on patrol at about 6.45 am.

The suspect was wearing a white vest and black pants.

“When we approached, the young man began running away and jumped over a nearby residential fence,” Const Radebe said.

Apparently the man’s vest was caught in the fence.

The suspect was taken to the Sakhile Police Station and charged.
