Man killed after vehicle rolls on R546 Road near Evander

A man, believed to be in his 30s, was killed yesterday afternoon, 23 November when his vehicle rolled on the R546 Road near Evander.

ER24 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene to find the wrecked vehicle in the left lane of the road.

The body of the driver was found a few metres away.

Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous injuries and showed no signs of life.

Unfortunately, nothing could be done for the man and he was declared dead by another service.

The local authorities were on the scene to conduct an investigation into this incident.
