Govan Mbeki Municipality notified residents of Golden Village and Sunset Park of a planned shutdown of water supply between 8am and 2pm on Thursday, 28 September due to a pressure reducing valve.
The municipality urged residents to store water for use during this period.
The municipality apologised for the inconvenience that this might cause.
