Mayflower police recovered a stolen vehicle parked at a mechanic’s yard after receiving a tip-off.
The mechanic whose name is withheld was approached by two men offering to sell him a light purple Hyundai.
Suspecting that the vehicle was stolen, the mechanic informed the police who wasted no time in arriving at the address.
Upon questioning the two suspects, they discovered the vehicle had recently been stolen in Phola Section near Ogies.
The suspects were arrested and charged for possession of suspected stolen vehicle and will appear in the Mayflower Periodical Court on Wednesday.
