Do not miss Divine’s live DVD recording

Divine believes Jesus Christ gave him a chance to live again.

SECUNDA – Darlinton Ncube, also known as Divine, will record his live DVD on Saturday, 29 October at the Johannes Stegmann Theatre.

He is a local gospel artist who believes God has called him for worshipping.

Divine said while he was on his death bed in Mediclinic Highveld during an illness, God revealed to him that His plan for him was not for him to die, but to bring him closer to God.

“I could no longer walk as my body was weak and I had lost my speech.

“On the third night when I thought I was going to die, I received a vision.

“A great light shone in the room and a voice spoke to me and said it was time to go.

“I asked where I was being taken to because I was not ready and had not done anything for the Lord.

“The voice asked what I had that I could use and I said I have my voice.

“Immediately after my response, I was led to a stage in the middle of a stadium occupied by thousands of people.

“There was a microphone on the stage and as I walked towards it, I heard music in the background.

“I opened my mouth to sing and as I did so, people began to be healed of various types of illnesses and others were delivered from bad spirits.

“I jumped out of bed and felt a great energy coursing through my veins and I just wanted to run.”

Divine said when the doctor came to check on him the next morning, he told him he was ready to go home.

“The doctor said it was not possible, because I could not walk.

“I asked the doctor whether he would release me from hospital if I can get out of bed and walk,” said Divine.

The doctor agreed.

“I got out of bed and ran down the ward’s passage twice and everyone was amazed.

“From that day on I have never been readmitted to hospital, hence the title of this recording is Worship, my Life.”

Divine said the journey has shaped and filled him and he is now ready to pour it all out.

“Each song is written and arranged by the Master and all I do is to ‘copy and paste’.”

Divine said he did not take ministry serious until June 2010 towards the end of the Soccer World Cup when he became ill.

The entrance fee for the live recording is R150 and R250 for VIPs and the recording begins at 6pm.
