Churches celebrate Women’s Month

The Church Alliance Ministers Association of Southern Africa (Camasa) celebrated Women’s Month on 16 August.

The association donated food parcels, glasses and coffee mugs to 11 widows on the day and each of the women also received a trophy.

Their husbands were members of the association and the existing members made these donations for the first time in honour of the late members.

Different churches gathered at the Apostolic Holy Spirit Church in Zion in Sakhile to celebrate where women led the services.

According to the members of the association their donations were inspired by the Word of God in 2 Cor: 9, verses 6 to 8.
