Fire fighters extinguish eight veld fires
There was another fire at Topfontein Farm when a chicken broiler went up in flames.
The Department of Fire and Rescue recently responded to numerous calls about veld fires.
They extinguished eight veld fires around town.
According to them the fires were not big, no one was injured and no property was damaged.
