EVANDER – The body of an unknown man was found in the veld near eNkomeni settlement on Wednesday, 5 August.
It was found by Public Works Programme workers.
The man was brutally beaten and both hands were cut off.
He was wearing a blue DH Jean and a cream T-shirt.
The police are investigating.
