Thieves with remotes block cars from being locked

The thieves returned with a remote that blocks any car signal that prevent it from locking.

SECUNDA – The local police have been receiving many complaints of car theft occurring in Secunda.

When people lock their cars with a remote control, most people trust the sound of the alarm that the car has been locked without actually feeling the handles to be sure.

The police warned residents to physically check that their cars are properly locked and the windows are closed.
