eMba Mall Edgars Sports shop was robbed today.
It is alleged the robbery took place just after a staff meeting.
A few men entered the shop and pretended to be customers.
While a staff member was helping them, one of the suspects pointed a firearm at him and forcefully led him into the office.
Five employees and two customers were tied with cable ties and were commanded to lie down on the floor.
An undisclosed number of items, including cell phones, were stolen.
No one was hurt.
Crime investigation officers are still on scene.
