Nyaope addicts blamed for high housebreaking cases

The number of housebreaking cases continues to escalate in Sakhile and most residents blame the nyaope addicts.

More residents have become victims of the crime.

According to the community the addicts will do anything to get their next fix.

The community members alleged that the addicts break into houses and steal expensive appliances such as plasma televisions, sound systems and DVD players.

Sgt George Dhlamini, communications officer of the Sakhile Police, confirmed the allegations.
