Members of the Youth in Business Forum gathered and cleaned the vandalised old Telkom building in town last year.
These young people wanted to use the building for a community radio station and an information centre.
They wanted to provide the public with information on business plans, business profiles and address social ills as well.
According to a member of the forum, they approached the Lekwa Municipality for assistance.
