EVANDER – A man who was apparently under the influence of alcohol, crashed his car into a tree on Friday, 21 November near Montana Street.
He got out of the car, walked away and returned about an hour later.
The man then sprinkled petrol over the car and set it alight.
Police and the fire brigade were on the scene.
