A bakkie knocked a cyclist off his bicycle a few hours ago.
It happened on the corner of Krogh and Coligny Street.
“I do not know what happened, I heard a noise and the next moment I felt the impact,” the 65-year-old Mr Thomas Somo, cyclist, said.
An ambulance was on the scene within minutes to attend to the injured man.
According to Lt Fanie Nhlabathi, spokeman for the Standerton Police, the driver of the bakkie alleged Mr Somo drove straight in front of him.
