Yandisa Marongo’s decomposing body allegedly found next to road

Suspended Senior Legal Manager, Mr Yandisa Marongo’s decomposing body was allegedly found in a field on the way to Pretoria.

According to Mr Sipho Mkwanazi, municipal spokesman, they can can not comment at this stage.

“We also received the same message, but we are not sure what happened.”

Mr Marongo and Mr Orapeleng Dipone, former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who also recently died, were suspended because of the sale of the Rooikoppen taxi rank.

Mr Marongo had to appear for his final disciplinary hearing on Tuesday, 17 November, but did not show up.
