Makhosonke Kwaza needs financial support

Aspiring scientist needs R3 000 to build an educational item that will be used at the Acelormittal Science Centre during the World Space Week on 4 October.

EVANDER – Mr Makhosonke Kwaza (22) is an aspiring scientist who wants to make Mpumalanga proud.

He is appealing to businesses to help him buy scientific material worth R3 000 to build an educational item that will be used at the ArcelorMittal Science Centre in Sebokeng during the World Space Week on 4 October.

Mr Kwaza is the founder of Thusong Technologies and uses recycled material to design scientific items and sell them to companies for demonstration purposes.

Some of these are simulation tower cranes, compressed air chargers, hard wired neurons, power sliders, electric suits, handy controller cases and various scientific innovations.

Mr Kwaza also takes part in science shows hosted by Osizweni Science Centre.
