A man damaged his neighbour’s property valued at R550, when a fight broke out between him and his mother on 12 July.
According to the complainant the incident occurred in Sakhile when his neighbour, a woman, was waiting for her house keys at his place.
Her son arrived and an argument began between the woman and her son.
Her son physically assaulted her and when the complainant tried to stop him, he hit her with three chairs.
He damaged the chairs and the table and even used oranges to hit her.
The complainant reported it at the Sakhile Police, but the mother did not lay a charge against her son.
The police are investigating the case.
