Car guards harass wife

Where can the public park without getting harassed?

My wife works for a firm located in the Lurgi Square in the CBD.

Therefore, she has to make use of the public parking around the square.

For the last couple of weeks the car guards began harassing her, insisting that she gives them money to make use of the public parking space in front of the Sasol Gym.

As we cannot afford to pay them every day and seeing that this is a public parking space, she refused.

This aggravated them and to avoid conflict, she began parking at various places but the same problem occurs.

I was wondering whether anyone else is experiencing issues with these car guards?

In my opinion they are not adding any value and are posing a threat to society.

If they are not regulated, I would like to have them banned as I am confident that people and their vehicles will be safer without these car guards.
