Lt Fanie Nhlabathi of the Standerton Police urged residents to be wary of people who hand out free key holders at service stations.

He said these key holders might contain tracking devices by which people can be followed and located.

He also advised people when finding a child crying on the road, showing his/her address and asking you to take him/her there, that people take the child to the police station immediately.
