TRICHARDT – KG Fit Gym invited Elite Defence Academy (EDA) to host a free workshop on Women’s Day, 9 August, to help women and children to defend themselves.
Mr Jacques Alberts, who is also from StratconRisk, explained the aim of the class was to show women they are able to defend themselves, but that they will need to train and be alert at all times.
