Mr Heyman explained how he became involved in the South African film industry: “My cousin, who had contact with talent scouts, took me along to do a bit of background acting, or extra work, on a film set in Johannesburg.

“We had to stroll down a street to a corner and then back up again. The walking around wasn’t exciting, but seeing the way a film set works and seeing an international actor such as Lawrence Fishburne on set, were something I will never forget.”

“We were watching the filming of a specific scene and did not really talk much, but at the end of the day Frank came up to me and shook my hand, greeting me by name and as you can imagine, it meant the world to me.”

It was after this that Mr Heyman decided to take acting seriously.

Mr Heyman has already made a number of YouTube videos and at the moment is focusing on expanding his comedy brand.
