A vehicle was stolen out of a garage’s parking area in Standerton on 2 June at about 10pm.
It all happened after the driver got out and went into the convenience store.
Two passengers were left in the vehicle, which was still idling.
Apparently the passengers got out and also went into the shop and two suspects took their chance.
Mr Lourens Uys of Kasselman Security Services was patrolling and fired at the vehicle after it moved.
One of the suspects was apprehended and the vehicle was found.
One suspect is still at large.
