Join Minister Ramatlhodi in eMba for service delivery Imbizo

Residents are invited to join Advocate Ngoako Ramatlhodi today at the eMba Mall.

eMBALENHLE – Adv Ngoako Ramatlhodi, Minister of Public Service and Administration, will meet the community of the Govan Mbeki Municipality today from 11am in Extension 5 next to eMba Mall.

He will interact with local residents as part of his Batho Pele – Putting People First Programme.

The Imbizo comes after the Public Service Month programme that saw government putting an emphasis on public servants to among others, maintain and promote high standards of professional ethics when providing services to citizens, while ensuring the promotion of efficient, economic and effective use of resources, and is accountable for its actions.

The event will afford the residents of eMbalenhle and surrounding areas a chance to engage with the minister, joined by the provincial and local government leadership, about service delivery programmes and their level of satisfaction when interfacing with government.

The public will also have the opportunity to receive various health services, including screening and testing on sight, and will be able to engage with officials about their health issues.

The minister’s programme is a strategic vehicle that enables government to interact with citizens in its quest to improve service provision in support of the priorities of government.
