Suikerbekkies from Secunda learn about bag flower technique
The next Suikerbekkies meeting will be September 11.
The Secunda Suikerbekkies met at the NG Goedehoop on August 14.
Venessa Erasmus demonstrated to members the bag flower technique, using a plastic sandwich bag filled with water.
The more water, the bigger the flower. A gradient of colour is also applied to the bag which is then pressed onto the cake to make the flower effect.
The next meeting will be on September 11.
