Golfing women take IPS win at Standerton Country Club

31 golfers took to the greens on July 13 for the Standerton Golf Club IPS competition. See results below.

Golf players gathered at the Standerton Country Club for the IPS competition on July 13. Thirty-one players participated and Alanda Vieninks clinched first place with 41 points.

Adri Mynhart took second place with 39 points on a count out. Nelis Eksteen, Gerrit Coetzee and Fanie Botha also scored 39 points.

Deon Grimsell filled in 38 points on his scorecard, followed by Herman Mynhardt on 37 and Ronald Kinnear on 36.

Nico Lombard, Patrizia Lombard, Willie Griesel, Kobie Coetzee and Kobus Koekemoer each scored 35 points and Waldemar Heinz 34 points.

Mark Vieninks, Jore Nortje and Stephen Nortje all obtained 33 points, followed by Johan Brink, Jacques Erasmus and Aldo Arnaldi with 32 points.

Mark Nortje, Carus Janse van Rensburg and Sonja Nortje all had 31 points.

Clifford van Vuuren obtained 30 points, followed by Jabbies Lotz, Casper Roux and Johan Griesel with the same score.

Louis Gravett and RJ Kinnear each obtained 29 points. Jannie Botha finished the match with 26 points, and Brandon Vieninks filled out 23 points on his scorecard.
