KINROSS – Not one of the street lights in Fisant Street are working, except for the one in front of a councillor’s house.
Residents said they have reported the problem to the municipality, but to no avail.
“There have been many housebreakings in the same street recently and the municipality should have done something about the lights,” said one resident.
Residents said the councillor knows about the street light problem, but is not helping to solve the situation.
