Victory Taekwondo students from Secunda come out tops at SAKMAA Nationals

Victory Taekwondo students walked away with 15 gold, 18 silver, and 16 bronze medals at the SAKMAA National Championships held in Potchefstroom in August.

Victory Taekwondo students competed in the SAKMAA National Championships. Back: Master JP Vorster, Ivan van Niekerk, Donaven Lapacz, Christiaan van Loggerenberg, Stephan Serfontein, Marilize jv Vuuren, Justin Engelbrecht and Nina-Marie Claassens. In the middle are: Sasha-Lee Vorster, Franco Serfontein, Amé vd Westhuizen, Danté Neethling and Ethan Combrink. Front: Abigail Lubbe, Lehan Pretorius and James Palmer. Absent: Zavion Joubert, Matthew Potgieter and Riley de Bruyn.

Victory Taekwondo students competed in the South African Korean Martial Arts Association (SAKMAA) National Championships held in Potchefstroom in August.

Out of 160 competitors, Victory Taekwondo students walked away with 15 gold, 18 silver and 16 bronze medals.

Students Stephan Serfontein, Marilize Jansen van Vuuren, Sasha-Lee Vorster, Amé van der Westhuizen, Ethan Combrink, Abigail Lubbe and James Palmer were crowned as national champions.
