EVANDER- Ms Amahle Mavovana took the 2019/2020 Gert Sibande TVET College’s top achiever award in NCV office administration at the graduation ceremony held at the Evander campus on Wednesday, October 6.
Students from all the Gert Sibande TVET colleges who were studying office administration, management, transport and logistics, gathered at Evander to receive their certificates.
Mr Jabhi Nkosi, Evander Gert Sibande TVET College campus manager, said all the students who graduated are now ready to further their studies or begin their own businesses.
He said they also have programs, such as internships, to prepare them for employment. The college is in partnership with different SETAs, and private companies where their students can be placed to obtain practical skills.
A total number of 1 380 students graduated in different faculties.
Mr Nkosi encourage students to work hard in their studies to achieve the best results at end of their calendar year.
