Three die in accident on N17 between Warburton and Carolina
According to reports, a midi bus collided with an articulated truck collided and overturned afterwards.
Three people died in a vehicle accident on the N17 road between Warburton and Carolina on Saturday morning, 9 February.
According to reports, a midi bus collided with an articulated truck and overturned afterwards.
Two victims died on the scene of the accident while a third person died on Sunday morning, 10 February at Carolina Hospital.
More than 13 passengers are still receiving medical treatment at the hospital where they were transported to after the accident.
The midi bus was reportedly transporting the occupants from Bethal to Nhlazatshe near Elukwatini when the accident happened.
The cause of the accident is not yet known and an investigation is underway.
