Nzu tackles the Two Ocean’s Marathon over the Easter weekend

Known as the world’s most beautiful marathon, the race is run against a backdrop of spectacular scenery through the Cape Peninsula.

Nelson crossed the finishing line at the University of Cape Town within the official cut-off time.

He posted a time of 6:24, 00.

This is proud moment for the local club as Nelson is the first ever at the club to participate in the event.

Another one of their runners, Nomvula Mthethwa, will represent the team at the Comrades Marathon in Durban on 10 June.
