Waterfall Estate

Moving to the middle of the list, you can find the stunning Waterfall Estate. An outdoorsman’s dream, this estate has winding trails that run for around 17kms. Enjoy magnificent walks or hit the trail with your mountain bike. It is placed between Johannesburg and Pretoria, making it ideal for those who may do business between these two cities. The Median Asking Price here drops to around R7.3 million.

Eye of Africa Signature Golf Estate

This estate closed off the top 10 but has been growing in popularity. Tucked away in the south of Johannesburg between rolling hills, the Eye of Africa makes you feel like you are away from the fast pace and bright city lights. It has a golf course that was designed by Greg Norman, as well as a clubhouse, gym and restaurant. The Median Asking Price here is around R5.2 million.
