Show support as CPF patrols Sector 3
They call on residents to unite with them in a show of solidarity by camping out in front of their yards from 7pm to 10pm.
SECUNDA – The Community Policing Forum’s Sector 3 team wants to get to know and interact with their fellow residents in this area.
Sector 3 spans from the town’s border with Trichardt to the residential area near the Secunda dumping site, and the neighbourhood around Hoërskool Oosterland to Highveld Park High School and back towards Laerskool Goedehoop.
The team hope to involve the community more and has several events planned.
The first will take place this Tuesday night, 18 February when Sector 3 members will perform special patrols.
They call on residents to unite with them in a show of solidarity by camping out in front of their yards from 7pm to 10pm.
In this way, the community can be a visible show that criminals are not welcome and residents can also get to know their neighbours and the Sector 3 members.
